When a user visits the Animalzone website or sends e-mails to Animalzone, you are consenting to communicating with us electronically. Animalzone will communicate with you by e-mail.
User Information
When purchasing products, you are required to provide Animalzone with complete and accurate information about yourself and you agree that the information provided to Animalzone is correct. Purchasing from the Animalzone website is restricted to persons over the age of 18. Any person not permitted to register as a purchaser but who does so, shall be guilty of committing fraud.
Shipping, Backorder, and Partial Shipments
Orders typically ship via within 1 -3 business days if all ordered items are in stock. As a rule, we will hold your order if an item is on back order. The order will ship complete once all items are in stock.
International & PO Box Shipments
We handle International orders separately because of the variance of the shipping costs involved. Clients in Europe can buy from www.animalzoneshop.com.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Payment
All online transactions are made through Payfast which accepts all major credit cards. For more information regarding payment options, please visit www.payfast.co.za We do not accept personal checks or C.O.D.’s.

Animalzone is based in Klapmuts, Western Cape, South Africa. Animalzone makes no claims that the Site or the Content are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of South Africa. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site from outside South Africa, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Applicable Law; Jurisdiction; Severability
These Terms and Conditions of Use and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions of Use (whether for breach of contract, tortuous conduct or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Use (whether for breach of contract, tortuous conduct or otherwise) will be brought exclusively in the applicable courts of the Republic of South Africa, and you hereby accept and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Use. You also waive to the fullest extent permitted by law any right to a trial by jury in any action, suit or proceeding brought to enforce, defend or interpret any right or remedies under, or arising in connection with or relating to, these Terms and Conditions of Use. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. If you use the Site from a location outside of the Republic of South Africa, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Infringement Notification
